It is very simple. Follow following steps:

1.Create a folder named “Ritesh” on the Desktop Screen.

2.At the Desktop create a new notepad file with the exact statement

ren Ritesh Ritesh.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

3.Now save this text file as lock.bat

4.Create another notepad file and type

ren Ritesh.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} Ritesh

5.Save this as Unlock.bat

6.Now you have two batch files .

Double click on the file lock.bat and your folder will change into Control Panel icon and there is no chance to see the contents of the folder.

7.To open the folder double click on Unlock.bat and you get your original folder.
